(PLOT: The Rakuga Kingdom which floats between the clouds is powered by Earthlings that draw. When the inhabitants of Earth start drawing less the realm is in danger. To save the aliens the Earth summons the army to support the Earthlings drawing the Graffiti Kingdom back to it's energy minimum. When even the army is not enough our five year old Shinnosuke may have the solution.)
